Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of muuu.com.au (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Mayn Enterprise Pty Ltd (ABN 91 677 666 090) trading as MUUU ("MUUU", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Products for children should be purchased and supervised by a parent or guardian, and given only as directed on the label.

2. Health information and product use

  • Information on the Site, including product descriptions, FAQs, guides, quiz results and emails, is general information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.
  • Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not exceed the stated dose.
  • Vitamin and dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
  • Speak with your healthcare professional before using any product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy, are under 18, have a medical condition, take prescription medication, or are scheduled for surgery.
  • If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Stop using a product and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.
  • Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using our products.
  • Keep all products out of reach of children, store them as directed on the label and do not use a product if the safety seal is broken or missing.

3. Product information

We take care to describe and display our products accurately. Images are for illustration, and packaging, labels and formulations may change from time to time. If there is any difference between the Site and the product label, the label on the product you receive takes precedence. Please check the ingredient list for allergens before use.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
  • We may change prices, products and promotions at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed.
  • Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, we suspect fraud or resale, or there is an error in the listing, and we will refund any amount you have paid for a cancelled order. We may limit quantities per customer.

6. Shipping and delivery

We deliver to the destinations offered at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carriers and events outside our control. Please make sure your delivery details are correct; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes once we have received full payment.

8. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or corrected at any time. We may cancel orders that use codes obtained or applied in breach of their conditions.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit reviews, comments, photos or other content, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and experience, is not misleading and does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, edit for length and display that content in connection with our business. Please do not describe medical diagnoses or claim a product treated, cured or prevented a condition; we may edit or remove content that is unlawful, off-topic or does not comply with advertising rules for therapeutic goods.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, scrape or copy its content, place fraudulent orders, or buy products for commercial resale without our written consent.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the MUUU name and logo, text, product designs, photographs, graphics and layout, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

13. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as payment and delivery providers). We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

14. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to section 14:

  • we exclude all warranties and conditions not expressly set out in these Terms;
  • our liability for any loss arising from goods or services that are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid;
  • we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity; and
  • we are not liable for any loss arising from use of a product contrary to its label directions or warnings, or from reliance on general information on the Site in place of professional advice.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against any loss, claim or cost arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.

17. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply shortages, carrier delays, industrial action or platform outages.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on the Site. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts that may hear appeals from them.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be read down or severed and the rest of the Terms will continue in effect.
